ZION United Church of Christ

Members of our congregation are very active and participate in all facets of our worship service and beyond.

 

Our music program includes numerous choirs: adult choir,  children's choir, bell choir, women's choir (Adam's Rib) and our men's chorus (The Keepers). All choirs perform regularly during our services. 

 

Mission is vital part of our church.  With programs like Family Promise, Souper Bowl of Caring, Relay for Life and our thrift shop, we strive to change lives n our community and beyond.

 

Our youth are very vital part of our congregation, and their spiritual upbringing is very important to us.  We have Sunday School programs for ages 3-5 (Angels in the Attic), ages 6-8 (Church Mice), and age 9 to Confirmation (Acolytes). 

 

The Zion Youth Group, our Bats in the Belfry, meet on the fourth Sunday of every month.  They particpate in fun activities like the Kickoff Retreat and Christmas Caroling, as well as Stewardship activities such as making subs for Super Bowl Sunday and the Chili Cook off.  Our kids have a lot of fun, and enjoy being part of the congregation.
