ZION United Church of Christ

The people of Zion United Church of Christ are spiritually united, growing in faith, sharing faith stories, experiencing a sense of spirituality, loving and caring for one another, and enjoying each other and the presence of God in their lives.

 

At Zion, our services of worship are traditional, yet our atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Worship is at the center of our life as a family of faith.  Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.  Children are an integral part of our worship service, serving as acolytes and participating in the children's sermon.

 

Our pastoral staff is always active and engaging with each member of the congregation as well as the community at large. Each of our three pastors has a unique style that adds to the joy of our message of Christ. We also enjoy sermons from our resident Theologian, pastoral interns, and at times, visiting pastors.  Each week, we enjoy a message that is meaningful, thought provoking and moving.
